1. What are the check in and check out times?
The times are different for each object and are given in the detailed information. In general, the check in times are between 3 PM and 7 PM and the check out times are between 10 AM. and 11 AM.

2. How much is the deposit?
The deposit is specified for each property and is raised in the amount of 150 € - 400 € and refunded when moving out.

4. How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 40%-50% of the total price.

6. Are there any additional costs other than the rent?
In addition to the rent, some of our properties have a final cleaning fee, electricity and water consumption are also charged separately for some properties. Detailed information can be found in the details of each house.

7. How can I pay?
You can transfer 40%-45% of your payment to our company account or pay via Paypal, the remaining amount will then be paid when the keys are handed over.

8. What are the days of entry and exit?
Check-in and check-out take place daily without restrictions.

9. Can I get a refund if I want to cancel my reservation?
For cancellations up to 50 days before arrival, € 100 will be deducted from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded. For cancellations, up to 30 days 30% of the deposit will be cut and the rest will be return back. For cancellations up to 21 days, the amount paid will not be refunded and the customer must pay the balance.
